As we say Christmas, we first think about cakes, cakes are the most charming stuffs about Christmas after the trees decoration, people make cakes and share with each other and the auspicious day with their neighbours, relatives, friends and their joyness…but had we ever thought about these origin of cake culture during Christmas why we make it and why we implementing it…

This Christmas cake origin was originally only at 18th century, where the first finest cake was made out of wheat and baked in great houses but, in those century back not all posses an oven to bake, cake…earlier it was only porridge they made and later cake culture got intruded…

Then came the plum porridge, usually people eat sort of porridge on eve to full their stomach after long day fasting, then they gradually added dry species and fruits and nuts to make it rich in taste,…then arrived plum pudding where people keep it or boil it for hours together to make it stiff even…

Then it gradually turned to a plum cake pudding then replacing the oatmeal with wheat meal and good cakes with normal almond paste and few toppings except which few great houses alone had ovens to cook this habitat was bought into the century with the men entering into the HOLY LAND at 12th century…

TWELFTH NIGHT CAKE was the one which is very important stuffs have to be celebrated that is on January 5th …only great houses had ovens to bake it properly and those cakes were little bit different with a special peanut added to it. This twelfth night praying was not supported without cake…

According to the different regions and the according to the ingredients they got they planned and baked a cake people at colonies used boiled plum cakes…except that wherever may be the origin it is, cakes are the most precious form of enjoyment in all purposes…and logged into many centuries ago in Christian culture and been a part of it…
