Few Facts On Green Chillies

 Red and Green Hot Chili Peppers
An excellent way to spice up any dishes are green chillies you can add up in all soups and sauces green chillies consists more of vitamin c in it which gives spices up to food

 Guavas
Depending on variety of guavas  the basic mineral and vitamin structure is varied in it, but guavas are really good for health especially the red guava are more nutritious than the other one

Bell Peppers
These are the base of all sweet pasta and pizzas these are highly nutritious for health, these are used to make the base ingredient of above which flavours the food

Fresh Herbs (Thyme and Parsley)
Fresh and dried herbs are really good for health, must use these herbs  as soon as possible because dried herbs though last for long time but don’t sustain its nature the same for long time so it’s advisable that these herbs are being used when it sounds so fresh.

Dark Leafy Greens (Kale, Mustard Greens, Garden Cress)
Dark leafy green are used to spice up the food easily its totally filled with vitamin c which provides the necessary nutrient to the body so these dark green leafs are being used in the food all times when it si fresh and it can be used even by drying it

Broccoli, Cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts

BUI broccoli is the variety of cauli flower which provides all vitamins for body it can cooked and it can be consumed in raw format too by adding it to the salads
