Sleep well during the night time

This is one of the most effective as well as easy beauty treatments, that one could apply in his daily life. It is advised to sleep from 7-9 hours in a day as this would prevent the wrinkles, dullness as well as dark circles around the eyes.



There is no need to go for expensive beauty care products, all you need to do is to get some cold milk and immerse the cotton in it and apply it on your skin. This will not only refresh your skin but it would also re hydrate it. In addition to it, this would help in bringing the glow and lighting the dark spots too.
