Know under what  risks you are:

The most influential risk factor for cardiovascular disease is age  the older you grew problems also easily grow up along with you and, the greater you are risking. The second is your genetic problem if you have the same problem in your family arising genetically then there are strong chances for the same problem araising. Although everyone are excited by the scientific progress in genomics research, conclusive gene tests are still under growth only. “A good family history is a poor man’s gene test.”

Don’t smoke or expose yourself to second-hand smoking.

A research says that cigarette smoking and second-hand exposure to smoke increases the risks of heart disease, lung disease, peripheral vascular disease and stroke and can cause diseasea in your heart badly.

Maintain a healthy blood pressure.

High blood pressure, called hypertension, is known as “the silent killer” as it goes without the symptoms in most individuals.Heredity and increasing age raise the risks of affecting the heart. Measuring blood pressures at home reflects more accurately your risk than having the blood pressure taken at a physician’s office. It is worth the investment to get a cuffmeter.

You can intake a few siddha medicines to control your blood pressure even without raising it. You can keep your pressure under control with the help of few medicinal tips from siddha medicines.

Monitoring your blood cholestrol is very important, keep ypur cholestrol under control, a body requires both good and bad cholestrol but gaining good cholestrol is not going to affect you in any means gaining bad cholestrol is not totally adviceable.

The obesity rate in Americans is alarming, contributing to a near epidemic of diabetes, which is a cardiovascular disease. If you have diabetes, your risk is the same as someone who already had a heart attack. Obesity is caused by consuming more calories than your body burns. Abdominal obesity is the major risk. Portion sizes and the amount of sugars in the American diet have dramatically increased over the past few decades. At the same time, the daily amount of exercise has been decreasing. It is good advice to “drink slim” . Use portion control before you start eating and push away from the table before you are “full.”

Regular exercise will kepp your body fit and healthy in all means try keeping your body fit and healthy . Have a regular exercise everyday that will help you in maintaing your structure. And sound health in all means.
